Juanita B. Whittington, 93 of Sissonville, passed away on November 22, 2016.
Juanita was born to Cecil and Eva Boggess on July 29, 1923. She graduated from Sissonville High School. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Lemuel A. Whittington, her parents Cecil and Eva Boggess, her brother Frank and sister Violet.
Survivors include her sister, Carzella Harpold, brothers, Cecil Boggess, Jr. and Philip Boggess; sons, Alan and John, daughter-in-law, Eliana, three grandchildren, John Whittington, Jr., Caroline E. Whittington-Young, Laura Alison Whittington and great granddaughter, Isla Belle Young.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Friday November 25 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Aaron Jones officiating. Private interment will follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.
