Joyce E. Wills 81 of Charleston passed away November 20, 2013 at her home. She was a Homemaker and attended Sugar Creek Community Mission Church. Preceding her in death were her parents Lloyd Jackson and Minnie Olive Harrison Harper; husband James Wills; daughter, Carla Wills and her sister, Loretta June Matheney. Survivors include her sons, Mike Wills and wife Peggy of Charleston; Randy Wills and wife Debbie of Sissonville and David Wills and wife Denise of Charleston; daughter, Vicki Rowlands and husband Mike of Mississippi. Grandchildren, Tammy, Anita, James, Erica, Katie, Angie, David, Amy and Amanda. Great Grandchildren, Marisa, Tessa, Haydn, Jackson, Braxton, Casey, Charisma, Tyler, Annabelle, Jacob, Emma, Lukas, Landyn and Addilynn. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday November 23, 2013 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Bernard Toppings officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
