Joyce Ann Foster, 71, of Charleston went home to be with the Lord on March 28, 2011. She was retired from West Virginia Workers Compensation. Joyce was a Loving Mother and Grandmother. She was preceded in death my her Parents Arl and Violet Cavender and her Husband Robert Foster, Sr. She is survived by her Son, Jeff Myers and his wife Mary of Nitro; Robert Foster, II of Lenoir, North Carolina; Steven and Brian Foster, both of Charleston; Brothers, Robert Cavender and his wife Vicki of Cross Lanes; and Bubby Cavender and his wife Brenda of Maryland; Sisters, Arlene Talbert and her husband Bonnie of Charleston; Tootie Bailey and her husband Roy of Myrtle Beach, SC; Marty Chapman and her husband Tony of Sissonville; and Helen Bukovinsky and her husband Frank of Cross Lanes. Grandchildren, Crystal Myers, Jessica Foster, John Duncan, Justin, Joshua and Bobby Foster. Graveside Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday March 30, 2011 at Floral Hills Garden of Memories Mausoleum Chapel, Pocatalico. There will be no Visitation.
