Johnny Lakin Wines 65 of Charleston passed away April 24, 2013 at Hubbard Hospice House. Johnny was a Serviceman with the True Temper Corporation. Preceding him in death was his mother, Reva A. Wines and sister, Hilda Wines. Survivors include his son, Chad Everette Wines and wife Shannon; grandsons, Chad, Jr., Clay and Cole; father, Lawrence Wines; brother, Bill Wines and wife Pat; sisters, Hermie Cobb and husband James; Gail Pringle and husband Phil; Sandy Wines; Patsy Westfall and husband Arnold; Crickett Murray and husband John; special friend Penny Moss, and a host of friends who are also left to mourn his passing. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM Sunday April 28, 2013 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Al Mendez officiating. Burial with Military Graveside Rites provided by American legion Post 61, Clendenin will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.
