John Alexander Sizemore, 87, of Charleston passed away October 8, 2016 at CAMC Memorial Division.
John was a retired coal miner.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Ruth Cruikshank Sizemore and two infant sons, John A. Sizemore, III and David Clarence Sizemore, sisters, Ruth Stump, Joan Sizemore Reed, brother, Edward Jess "EJ" Sizemore and Grandson, Brian W. Sizemore.
Survivors include loving companion Donna Moore, children, Beverly Workman of Procious; Robert "Bob" Sizemore of Clay; Robin Sizemore and Tammy of Bomont; sisters, Jane Winters and Connie Fields both of Sissonville.
Grandchildren, Robin "RB" Sizemore and Melissa of Cross Lanes; Amanda Murphy and Charles and Jada Fox and Brandon all of North Carolina; Jason Workman and Megan of Winfield; Jacob King and Lena of Bomont; Andrea Helmick and Joey of Orma; Bridget Hunter and Glenn of Ripley; 13 great grandkids and one great great grandson.
In keeping with John's wishes his body will be cremated with no services to follow.
