Obituary
John David Ray Shamblin, 61 of Kenna passed away November 28, 2018 at CAMC Memorial Division.
He was a Heavy Equipment Operator and former employee of Burdette Realty and Astech Corp. He enjoyed Hunting and Fishing.
John had never seen the Ocean until a trip to the beach earlier this year, which he and Irene enjoyed.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Denver and Haden Crowder Shamblin and his birth mother, Judith Summers.
Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years, Irene Shamblin; son, Andy Shamblin of Kenna; sister, Sharon McClanahan of Poca, and special friend, Amelia Estep.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM, Monday December 3, 2018 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Hammons officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.
