John B. Dotson, formerly of Logan passed away November 29, 2013 in Charleston after a brief illness. He was 69 years of age. He was a 1962 Graduate of Logan Senior High School, a 1972 Graduate of Marshall University and a Vietnam War Veteran. Preceding him in death were his Dear Mother, Sarah E. Dotson and his Father, Fonso W. Dotson both passing away in in Logan. John's only sibling, Betty Dotson Kirk resides in Chapmanville. He also has two Nephews, Steven W. Kirk of Danville and Jeffrey T. Kirk of South Charleston. Also surviving are several Great Nephews and Nieces who are also left to mourn his passing.
