Jerry Allen Fields, 65, of Charleston passed away August 16, 2009 at CAMC Memorial Division. He was a Mechanic, Bodyman, and a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his, Daughter, Patricia Cochran and her husband Dwayne of Charleston; Son, David Anthony Mease of Charleston; Brothers, Arnold Fields of Texas, Daniel Fields of Fairplain, and Johnny Fields; Sisters, Nancy Jordan of Cross Lanes, Nellie Fields and Jessie Berry both of Charleston, Caroline Kimberly of Putnam County and Liz Nelson of Charleston. 2 Grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday August 19, 2009 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Norman Cannada officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM at the Funeral Home.
