Jefferson "Jeff" Means, 31, of St. Albans, passed away September 5, 2017, after a chronic breathing disorder obtained while serving our county.
Jeff was a U.S. Army Veteran having served a tour in Iraq.
Preceding him in death were his paternal grandparents: Charles T. and Rose Means.
Surviving him is his mother, Trudy Means; sister Cayenne Means and husband Adam DeGennaro; niece Sadie DeGennaro; his loving dog Sheik and uncles, aunts and cousins.
Military graveside services and burial will be 2:00 PM Tuesday September 12, 2017 at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 11:00 AM until 1:15 PM Tuesday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home. A processing will be leaving the funeral home at 1:20 PM.
