Janet Mae Wiseman, 73, of Charleston, passed away on November 1, 2015 at Valley Center. Janet retired from Midtown Dental Lab and was also a former employee of Valley Bell. She will be remembered as a loving and generous sister and second mother to her siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brad and Flota Wiseman; sisters, Shirley Keene and Darlene Wiseman; and brother, Roger "Buck" Wiseman. Survivors include her loving brothers and sisters, Joe Wiseman of Charleston, Rose Swenson and husband, Jeff of Chico, CA, John Wiseman and wife, Diana, Brenda Jarrett and husband, Gary, Eddie Wiseman and wife, Gaye, and Marlene Walker, all of Charleston. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor David Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Layne Cemetery, Charleston. Visitation will be one hour prior to funeral service also at the funeral home. The family would like to thank Margaret Fitzgerald, Peggy Tucker, Bobby Tanner, the staff at Valley Center, and Kanawha Hospice for the care they extended to Janet during her time at the nursing home with them.
