James Allen Jordan 58 of Charleston passed away at home October 22, 2013. He was a long-time Barber known to all as "Al the Barber" and a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Preceding him in death were his father, James E. Jordan; sister, Bridget Lynn Jordan and his grandson, Kolten Zander Jordan. Survivors include his son, Joshua Allen Jordan and wife Crystal of Charleston; daughters, Kayla Mae Jordan and companion Shane Searls of Goldtown and Sidney Jordan of Charleston; mother, Wyonia Mae Jordan of Charleston; sister, Tonja J. Ceney and companion Tim Burdette of Charleston and granddaughter Gracie Leigh Allen Jordan. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday October 28, 2013 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Carl Casto officiating. Burial with Military graveside Rites will follow in Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services on Monday.
