James Eric Johnson

James Eric "Jay" Johnson, 58 of Hugheston West Virginia, formerly of Charleston passed away July 16, 2022 at CAMC Hospice Care.
He attended AOC of Charleston, and was a lifelong resident of Kanawha County.
Preceding him in death were his parents James E. and Joyce Roush Johnson; Paternal Grandparents, Emmons A. and Flota Johnson; Maternal Grandparents, Emmett and Byrd Roush.
Survivors include devoted caregiver Donna Jones of Hugheston; sisters, Tonya R. Parker of Charleston, Tami (Scott) Stewart of St. Louis Missouri, Tracie Wilson of Boomer; nephews, Eliot Parker of Oxford, Mississippi, Evan Parker (Stephanie) of Charleston, Shea (Claudia) and Matt Stewart all of St. Louis, Drew (Laura) of Columbia, Missouri; niece Jailen Wilson of Boomer; maternal aunt, Mary Collins (Bill) of Charleston; cousin, Julie Hedge (Mike) of Charleston.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Tucker officiating. Entombment will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests Memorial Donations be made to Kanawha Hospice Care, 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W. Charleston, WV 25387
