Jackie Lee Haynes, 75, of Charleston, passed away, October 13, in CAMC Memorial Hospital.
Jackie was the former owner of Haynes Wrecker Service, and a born again Christian and a Baptist by Faith. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 168 South Charleston, Scottish Rite, York Rite, Beni Kedem Shrine, and Eastern Star No. 128 Okeechobee, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Diane Jones Haynes, Parents, Howard and Helen Haynes, and grandparents, Daniel and Nannie Haynes, who raised him.
Surviving are, his wife of 34 years, Pat Haynes; sons Rick Haynes and wife Cheryl, and Allen Haynes and wife, Vicki, all of Charleston; brother, Richard "Dick" Haynes and wife, Carol of Charleston, sister, Peggy Ratliff of Campbell's Creek; step-daughters, Kim Whittington and Crystal Estep both of Charleston; several brothers and sisters; grandchildren, Jessica Harper and companion Paul Stovall of Texas, Brandon Haynes and wife, Brooke of Charleston, Kirstin and husband, Karl Gustafson USMC of San Diego, CA; MaKenzi Whittington of Texas, Allison Haynes of Charleston, Katlyn Estep of St. Albans, and Kelli Estep of St. Albans; great-grandchildren, Mattison Harper, Mersades Harper, Morgan Harper and Cain Harper all of Texas, and soon coming Evelyn Gustafson.
Funeral Service will be 11 a.m., Sunday, October 16, at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, Wolf Pen. Burial will be private following the funeral service. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service Sunday, at the church.
