Imogene Dorsey
Imogene Dorsey, 89, of Sissonville, formerly of Cross Lanes, passed away September 14, 2018, at CAMC Memorial Hospital, after a short illness.
Imogene, was retired from CAMC.
She was preceded in death by parents, Earnest and Thelma Robinson; sister, Ruby King; and brother, Arland Robinson, all of Sissonville; husband, Lonear Dorsey; and son, the Rev. Rodney Dorsey; nephews, Greg Sigmon of Des Allmands, Louisiana, and Willard King of Niota, TN.
Imogene is survived by her son, David Dorsey, and wife Coni of Sissonville; daughter-in-law, Debbie Dorsey of Sissonville; sister, Delma Sigmon of Sissonville; grandchildren, Mark Dorsey, and wife, Angela of Rossville, GA, Matthew Dorsey of South Charleston, Zander and Angel Dorsey of Sissonville; favorite nieces, Linda Facemyer and husband, James of Sissonville, Debbie Smith and husband David of Aurora, CO.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, September 16, at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Buddy Mairs officiating. Burial will follow at Emma Chapel Cemetery, Liberty.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, September 15, at the funeral home.
