Helen Reed, 90, of Charleston, passed away May 20, 2015 at Dunbar Care and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Reed was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Lester Reed; parents, Willard and Dolly Jones Holt; sisters, Betty Anderson and Elizabeth Holt; brothers, John and Ed Holt; and grandson, Christopher Reed. Survivors include her son, Lester Reed of Barboursville; grandsons, Jeff Reed of Cross Lanes and Paul Reed of Dunbar; and nephew, Guy Gibson of Charleston. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Friday, May 22, 2015 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. William K. Berry officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time also at the funeral home.
