Helen "Sissy" Harding Farmer 74 of Charleston passed away September 20, 2014 at CAMC General Division. She was a Homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Preceding her in death were parents, Hayes and Bessie Spencer Harding; husband, Charles Farmer, granddaughter Brittany Averitt, 7 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include her daughters, Anita Winkler and husband Richard of Muskego, Wi; Charlie Farmer of Charleston; Lynn Averitt and husband Alex of Corsicana, Tx and Drema Weaver and Mark Smith of Myrtle Beach, SC; brother, Delmar Harding of Charleston and Charley Harding of Sissonville. 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday September 24, 2014 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Roy Moles officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
