Obituary
Harvey Otis Parsons, 79, of Charleston passed away November 21, 2017 at CAMC Memorial Division.
He retired from Betsy Ross and Heiner's Bread Companies.
Otis enjoyed Fishing, Mountaineer Football and hunting in his earlier years.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Arthur and Clara Parsons; son, Michael Parsons and daughter, Karen Reveal.
Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Judy Surface Parsons; sons, Tommy and wife Cheryl, Scott Alan and wife Kimberly, Charlie and wife Juanita, Todd and wife Anita, Richard and wife Tina and Benji and wife Christy, all of Charleston; daughter Pam Parsons and Jack Larch of Elkview; brother, Harold Parsons, of Charleston. 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A special grandson Brayden was such a great help during this difficult time.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Monday November 27, 2017 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Phillips officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services on Monday. Burial will follow in Sissonville Memorial Gardens, Sissonville.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests Memorial Donations to Toys to Tots, 1600 Virginia Street East, Charleston, WV 25311.
