Harold R. Walker 62 departed this life May 24, 2015 at his home in Nitro. Harold was a hard worker, loving husband and great father. He loved NASCAR, Mountaineer football and spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Timmy and Kimmy (brother and sister-in-law), Todd (nephew), Eugene (brother-in-law and friend) his father Denver R. Walker and Grandparents. Surviving him is his loving wife of 40 years, Teresa K. Walker; children Sumer Moffatt and husband Bill; Denver Walker, II and wife Audrey; Whitney Brester and husband Jerry and Chance Walker. He was the proud grandfather of 8; Hunter, Taylor, Kayla, Madison, Colton, Gabby, Kennedy and Rayden; mother, Betty Walker; siblings, Harry Lee, Darlene, Donna, Jeanie, Mary Ann and many nieces and nephews as well as his best friend, Denny. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday May 28, 2015 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Workman officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services also on Thursday.
