Hallie M. Baldwin Newhouse, went home to be with Jesus on October 26, 2022 at the age of 93.  She was the daughter of the late Mary and Phillip Baldwin of Sissonville.

She was a loving Mother, Homemaker, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.  Hallie was an active member of Charleston Mountain Mission Church, having held many leadership roles with the church.

You would find her staying with a sick friend or family member.  She always opened up her home to a friend or family member that needed a place to stay.  There was always an extra place at her table.

Preceding her in death were her husband Charles E. Newhouse; sisters, Donnie Ransom, Ida Shaffer, Nina Lee Flowers, Minnie Young, Doris Atkins; Brothers, James Baldwin and Clyde "Buck" Baldwin.

Surviving are her sons, Cecil and Raymond Newhouse; daughter, Margie Bays; grandchildren, Chris, Ben, Dustin, Gina, Kayla, Katie and Connie; 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Charleston Mountain Mission Church, Charleston with Pastor Kenny Petry officiating.  Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.  Visitation with the family will be two hours prior to services.
