Gracan "Baby G" Jane Monk
Gracan was welcomed into Heaven on March 23, 2017 by her loving grandmother, Teresa Hartwell. She was born baby number two of quadruplets on June 15, 2016. Also waiting at Heaven's gate were her Papaw Don, Aunt Brenda, Aunt Donna, Aunt Dreama, Honey, Papaw Lucas, Tommy, and Mawmaw Margaret Jane.
Gracan leaves behind her mommy and daddy, Audrey and Eric, along with her two brothers, Landen and Lathan, and her two sisters, Paislynne and Collins. She is the granddaughter of Judy, Jimbo and Cindy, Leon, Sharon and Dave, Francis and Jimmy. Also left behind are two uncles, Logan and Andy, and two special aunts, Christine and Kristen.
Gracan had nine beautiful months with us. She enjoyed watching "The Good Dinosaur" and stealing everyone's attention. Her sweet smile was the best.
Our entire family would like to thank CAMC Women's and Children's Hospital, Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Ronald McDonald House, Dr. Greg Heywood and the Labor and Delivery Nurses at CAMC, Rhonda and Beth and the rest of her NICU team, her home health nurse Beth, and everyone that has taken the time to pray, text or call.

Service to celebrate Gracan's life will be held in the chapel of Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., with James Kiser officiating.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at the funeral home. Burial will be at The Monk Family Cemetery, Tuppers Creek, Charleston.
