Geneva "Sissy" "Pud" Bird 66 of Charleston went to meet the Lord December 3, 2014. She retired from West Virginia Department of Highways after 27 years; former employee of Shoney's, Tudors and was a loving mother and grandmother. Preceding her in death were her mother, Carrie "Sis" Carson; sisters, Tina Carson and Peggy Boggs; brothers, Charles "Butch" and Johnny Boggs and Kenny Carson. Survivors include her children, Richard Rawlings and wife Katrina and Robin Rawlings all of Charleston; Susan Rawlings of Sissonville; grandchild, Roger Lee Hudson; great grandchildren, Christopher Lee, McKenzie Marrie and Bradlee Robert Hudson; special great nephew, Tymir Carson; sister, Joyce Holloway of Alabama. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday December 9, 2014 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Adam Nester officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 PM Monday at the Funeral Home.
