Garnet Rachel Starcher 80 of Charleston went home to be with the Lord December 2, 2015 at her home. She was a former employee of Charleston Linen Service, was a homemaker and member of Rich Fork Baptist Church, Charleston. Preceding her in death were parents Dola Orville and Audrey Belle Kiser McMillion, former husband John Oley Starcher and son, Larry Gene Starcher. Survivors include her sons, Johnny Dale Starcher and Randy "Hoss" Starcher both of Charleston; daughter, Joyce Ann Cunningham and husband Randy of Culloden; brother, Billy McMillion and wife Shirley of Charleston and sister, Patricia Ann Casto and husband Jimmy of Charleston. Grandchildren, Adam Maynard and Brian Starcher. Great granddaughter, Destiny. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday December 5, 2015 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor David VanHorn officiating. Private family burial will follow in Starcher Cemetery, Charleston. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services also on Saturday.
