Frederick "Freddy" Legg 57 of Charleston passed away July 25, 2013. Freddy enjoyed life to the fullest and left this earth doing what he loved best. He was a firm believer in God and those who were close to him knew he had a kind and loving heart. He attended Sissonville Community Church. Preceding him in death were his mother, Marjorie Legg; father, Patrick F. Legg, brother, Joe "Skippy" Legg and his nephew, Junior Tanner. Left to cherish his memory are his sister's, Connie Tanner of Charleston; Mary Lou Thomas of Biloxi, MS; Lynn Mooney of Massillon, OH, Christine Pagan of England and sister-in-law, Bonnie Legg of Charleston; brother, Pat Legg and wife Cindy of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Special Nephew and Nieces who loved him dearly and he loved them dearly were more like brothers and sisters; Bob Tanner; Kim Tanner and Brandi McClanahan all of Charleston; Additional Nieces and Nephews, Tony England of IN; Pat Legg, Jr., of Atlanta, GA; Kevin Mooney of Massillon, OH; Teresa Brewer, Nikki Ruiz and Mike Mullins all of MS and Michelle Legg of VA. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday August 1, 2013 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Cliff Thaxton officiating. There will be special music provided by Kay Aman, his cousin. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home. At Freddy's request he will be cremated. You are finally at peace and you were truly loved.
