Freda Ellen Bradley of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away on December 30, 2025, at the age of 88. A devoted woman of God she is now joyfully reunited with her beloved husband J.R. "Dick" Bradley, who proceeded her in death.

Freda, as a practicing follower of the teachings of Christ, she lived her faith through love, service, and unwavering trust. She was a faithful member of the North Charleston Apostolic Church, where her selflessness, kindness, prayers, and service touched many lives. Her life reflected God's grace, and she found joy in worship, fellowship, and sharing encouragement with others.

Freda was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She cherished her family deeply and found her greatest purpose in caring for those she loved. Her home was a place of warmth, faith, and welcome, along with laughter and where prayer was always present.

Though our hearts morn her passing, we rejoice in the promise of eternal life. The scripture reminds us, "well done, good and faithful servant," (Matthew 25:21.) We take comfort knowing she is at peace, embraced by her savior and reunited with her husband.

She is survived by her four sons, her grandchildren, her great grandchildren, siblings, many beloved nieces, nephews and extended family members as well as many dear friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the North Charleston Apostolic Church. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. before the service.

Interment will be held at noon on Monday, January 5, 2025, at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, off Rocky Fork, Cross Lanes, WV. In lieu of flowers, the family request offerings be made to the North Charleston Apostolic Church so that the legacy of faith and service may continue.
