Franklin Ray Flinner, Sr., 62 of Charleston was born June 26, 1952 and entered into heaven November 26, 2014. Preceding him in death were his parents, Delbert and Mary Taylor Flinner; sister, Stella Lovejoy and brothers, Dan and Ed Flinner and Mike Letart. Frank was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years Phyllis Flinner; children, Tonya Samuels and husband JL, and Frank Flinner, Jr., and wife Lori all of Charleston. Grandchildren, Jaelyn and Amanda Samuels and Jerimiah and Isacc Leftwich, brothers, Jerry Flinner and wife Gay and Joe Letart and wife Betty all of Texas and Cleat Letart and wife Tresa of Charleston and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday December 2, 2014 at Keystone Apostolic Church, Charleston with Pastor James Chessor and Bishop Gary Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Fisher Family Cemetery, Charleston. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 9 PM Monday December 1, 2014 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home and one hour prior to services on Tuesday.
