Frank Everett Green, Jr., 92 of Charleston passed away February 7, 2014 at Hubbard Hospice House. Frank was retired from the City of Charleston Sanitation Board with 42 years of service, attended St. Stephens United Methodist Church, Charleston, WV, and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great and great great grandfather. Preceding him in death were his parents, Frank and Bessie Tyler Green; brothers, James, Raymond and Clyde Green and three infant brothers; sisters, Anna Ball, Mary Redman, Vernie Jones and Lucy Jones; granddaughter, Tracey Long and step-daughter, Vicky Lynn Atkins. Surviving include his wife, Deloris Green; step-son, Timothy Facemyer and companion Jessica; daughters, Carolyn S. Harmon and husband Edward N. of Culloden; Loretta Stamper and husband James of St. Albans and Brenda Long and husband William of Powthan, VA; sister, Betty Westfall and husband Delbert of Charleston. 16 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchildren and his god daughter Miranda Riley. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday February 10, 2014 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Chaplain Pete Thompson officiating. Entombment will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services at the Funeral Home.
