Frances Marie "Duke" Mullins, 72, went home to be with the Lord, and reunited with her late husband Matthew on February 16th, 2010. She was a truly special person who was a constant caregiver to anyone in need. Her life was her testimony as she always put the needs of others before her own. Her greatest joy came from being with her Grandchildren. She loved each one dearly and they each adored her as well. She attended South Ruffner Freewill Baptist Church. She was a retiree of CAMC Women's and Children Hospital and enjoyed scrap booking and researching her family tree. She was preceded in death by her husband, Matthew Mullins, mother, Vina Hill, 7 brothers and granddaughter Whitney Dryden. She is survived by children, Matthew Mullins, Gerald Mullins and his wife Cathy, Sandy Mason and her husband Arnold, Susan Bevins and her husband Jeff, Judy Dryden and her husband Paul; sisters, Sarah Browning and Pauline Kessinger. Grandchildren; Emily, Jessica, Nick, Mary, Hannah, Sam, Hunter, AnnMarie, and Megan. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Friday February 19, 2010 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Lee Turley officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the Funeral Home.
