Emogene "Jean" Fain
Emogene "Jean" Fain, 90 of St. Albans, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 10, 2017 at the Hubbard Hospice House, after a brief illness.
She was preceded in death by her husband who she loved and missed dearly the Rev. Laird Fain, daughter Joyce Fain Kennedy and parents Seibert and Ruby Toney; sister Aileen "Gay" Lee; brother Franklin Delano Toney.
Surviving include her sons Dana (Dreama) Fain of Hurricane, Gary Fain and Heath (April) Fain both of St. Albans; 6 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Jean was a loving soul to all who knew her and served the call of the Lord along with her husband at several area churches. Jean was a graduate of South Charleston High School, worked in bookkeeping and was a homemaker who took pride in her family and home.
Memorial services will be held Friday September 22, 2017 7:30 pm at Valley Christian Assembly 1703 Bigley Avenue, Charleston. A gathering of family and friends will be from 6 pm until service time at the church.
