Elma Handley, 90, of Charleston passed away Thursday March 27, 2025, at CAMC after a short illness.

Elma was proceeded in death by her parents Tressie and Orville, her loving husband Bill Handley, her brother James Anderson, Sisters Kathleen, Rebecca, Margrett. Daughter Diana Jeffries.

Left to cherish her memories is her son William & Sandy Handley, Daughter Gretchen & Scott Cavender. Granddaughters Emily and Kayce. Sisters Velma, Carolyn, and Brenda.

Elma was a member at Davis Memorial Baptist Church of Charleston. She enjoyed being in the Ladies and making Easter eggs and Christmas candy. Elma loved shopping at Goodwill and working outside.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday April 3,2025 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston WV, with Randy Camp officiating. Burial will follow at Center Point Cemetery Liberty WV.

Visitation with the family will be received from 12:00pm-1:00pm.

Elma will be missed by her family and friends.
