Eliza Coats 95 of Logan went home to be with the Lord on March 25, 2017.
She was a Homemaker and member of New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death parents, Willie and Lugenia McAlpine; Leahoina Coats, granddaughter, Luvenia Monroe, her loving husband Peter Coats and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her son, Theophilus "Ted" Coats of Charleston; daughter, Ophelia Coats-Riley of Charleston. 13 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, 24 Great Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 12:00 PM Saturday April 1, 2017 at New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church 1404 1st Avenue Charleston with Pastor Linda Duncan officiating. Burial will follow in Guyan Memorial Park, Godbey WV. Visitation with the family will be one our prior to services also at the church.
