Elaine Ruth Brewer, 52 of Sissonville, WV, peacefully passed away April 7, 2025 in hospice care. She is survived by her loving husband, Larry R. Brewer II, son Larry Russell Brewer III, daughter Brianna Carter, and 3 grandchildren, Heidi, Liam, and Asher Watts. She was a loving homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. She is known for her caring & compassionate soul. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her & will forever be in our hearts.
