Effie Mae Sutherland, was born September 18, 1965 - passed away November 8, 2009. Effie Mae Sutherland, 44, of Charleston passed away early Sunday morning following a long illness. Effie was preceded in death by her Parents, Delmer and Violet Shamblin; Father and Mother-in-law, Jim and Joyce Sutherland. She is survived by her Husband, Greg Sutherland of Elk River; 2 Sons, Shaun Shamblin, 19, and Jimi Shamblin, 27; Daughter, Chelsea Shamblin 16. 2 Step-Daughters, Tracy and Cassidy Sutherland, 3 Grandchildren. Three Brothers, Wayne, Frank and Chuck Shamblin all of Charleston, and Several Nieces and Nephews left to mourn her passing. Effie was a vibrant fun loving woman who loved her family, and having a good laugh. She will be deeply missed. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday November 12, 2009 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. James Keefer and the Rev. Terry Yahr officiating. Burial will follow in Shaffer Cemetery, Big Fork, Frame. Family and Friends are welcome to attend. Visitation with the family will be 2 hours prior to service on Thursday at the Funeral Home.
