Edward L. Flowers, 63, of Charleston passed away July 30, 2009. He was a former employee of Kanawha Valley Memorial Vault Company. He was preceded in death by his father, Emmett Flowers and brother, Dan Flowers. Surviving him is his loving Wife of 41 years, Patsy Flowers; Daughter, Terry Pell and her husband Bart of Four Oaks, North Carolina; Mother, Nina Flowers of Charleston; Sisters, Wilda Kessinger of Marmet, Shirley Stone of South Charleston, Pat Taylor and her husband Darrell and Debbie Morton all of Charleston, all left to mourn his passing. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Sunday August 2, 2009 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Naylor officiating. Burial will follow in New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery, Sissonville. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 PM Saturday August 1, 2009 at the Funeral Home.
