Dorothy M. Wolfingbarger, 94, of Charleston passed away February 24, 2010 at CAMC General Division. She was a Homemaker, and was a lifelong resident of Kanawha County. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Charles A. Wolfingbarger, and Daughter, Emmalee Wolfingbarger. Surviving her are Daughters, Leota Smith and her husband Herman of Elkview, and Virginia Payne and her husband Charles"Fred" of Sissonville. Grandchildren, Ronald Smith of Elkview, Daniel Smith of Charleston, Debra Ann Warden of Pinch, James Payne and Donald Payne both of Sissonville. Nine Great Grandchildren.
