Dorothy M. Mobley 91 of Charleston began singing in Heaven's Choir on April 10, 2013. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Fred "Ted" Mobley; son, Norman Kent Mobley; parents Mason E. and Lessie Young Lanier; brother, Denver Lanier; sister, Areta Pyles one grandson and great granddaughter. Survivors include her sons, Carroll Mobley and wife Wanda of Fairplain, Keith Mobley of Charleston, Larry D. Mobley and wife Mildred of Tornado and Curtiss Ray Mobley of Charleston; daughter Janet Atkinson of Charleston and brother, Gary Lanier of Fairplain 20 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grand Children and 4 Great Great Grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday April 13, 2013 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Visitation with the family will be Friday April 12, 2013 from 5 to 8 PM at the Funeral Home.
