Dorothy Jean Fowler, 72, of Charleston passed away December 4, 2009 at home after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Ray and Dicie Casto. She is survived by her Husband of 52 years William P. Fowler, Jr.; Children, William P. Fowler, III and wife Cookie, Darrell W. Fowler and wife Sandra, Russell A. Fowler and wife Tabitha, Wallace R. Fowler and wife Michelle. Grandchildren, William P. Fowler, IV, Matthew W. Fowler, Jonathan W. Fowler, Brandon K. Fowler, Kelsei B. Fowler, Rachelle R. Fowler, Emily K. Fowler, and Megan N. Fowler. Great Grandchildren, Edyn B. Seabolt and Devin W. Fowler. Brother, Robert Casto and wife Helen of Weston; Sister, Kathern Casto of Charleston.
