Dorothy M. Ernest, 77, of South Charleston, passed away February 3, 2015 at Hubbard Hospice House after a short illness. Dorothy was a member of the South Charleston Unity Apartments Tennant's Association. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Ernest; and son John Ernest. She is survived by her friend, Janet Ingram; and her friends at Unity Apartments. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Monday, February 9, 2015 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Gerry White officiating. Burial will follow at Springhill Cemetery, Charleston. Visitation will be a half hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
