Doris Helen Moore, 95, of Fredericksburg, VA, formerly of Charleston, WV, died Thursday, February 2, 2017 in Gordonsville, VA.
Born March 4, 1921, in Blue Creek, WV, she was a daughter of the late Richard Ross and Ora Welch. She was the wife of the late, William Hubert Moore.
Mrs. Moore is survived by a daughter, Marilee Kenlon; a son, William H. Moore II; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Spring Hill Cemetery, in Charleston.
Preddy Funeral Home of Gordonsville, VA and Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home are handling arrangements.
