Donovan Deshawn Taylor, 15 of Cross Lanes went home to be with the Lord June 15, 2018.
Donovan was a student at Andrew Jackson Junior High School; His smile would light up a room. He enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, with his parents, Disney Characters and Music.
Preceding him in death were his parental grandfather, Gerald Taylor, Sr., maternal grandfather William Edward Bradshaw.
Survivors include his parents, Gerald and Leslie Taylor; brother, Timothy White; sisters, Linsey Westfall and Victoria Taylor; paternal grandmother, Beverly Irving and husband Raleigh; maternal grandmother, Anna Bradshaw Taylor and husband Johnny; paternal great grandmothers, Lillie Pearl Taylor, Dorothy Mae Terrell and Linda Taylor; aunts, Veronica Baldwin and husband Seneca; Cathy Cunningham and husband Darrell, Amy Bradshaw Leach and several cousins.
A Celebration of Donovan's life will be 1:00 PM Saturday June 23, 2018 at Ferguson Memorial Baptist Church, 124 Marshall Avenue, Dunbar, WV 25064 with Bishop Emanuel A. Heyliger officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services, also at the church. Committal and Burial will be 11:00 AM Monday June 25, 2018 in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Procession will leave Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home at 10:30 AM.
