Donna Jean Shaffer Crockett, 66, of Sissonville passed away December 30, 2010 at Hubbard Hospice House. She was a former employee of Charleston Department Store. She was preceded in death by her Father Dewey "Duke" Shaffer and Daughter Hilda Jean Shafer. She is survived by her Daughter, P.J. Shafer of Delaware, Ohio; Son, Carlos Shafer of Sissonville; Mother, Jackie Shaffer of Sissonville; Sister, Billie Hileman of Sissonville; Brothers, Sammy Shaffer and wife Gloria of Sissonville, Wayne Shaffer of Ravenswood. Former Husband and Father of her Children, Albert "Tack" Shafer of Sissonville. Loving Nieces and Nephew, Tonya King, Dawn Hileman and Jason Shaffer. The family wishes to express sincere thanks to Hubbard Hospice House. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Sunday January 2, 2011 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Dave Peters officiating. Burial will follow in Sissonville Memorial Gardens, Sissonville. Visitation with the family will be from 12:00 noon until service time on Sunday.
