Donald "Don" Lipscomb, 72 of Charleston passed away at CAMC Memorial Hospital on May 7, 2024.

Don was the son of the late Ralph and Della Lipscomb of Standard, WV. He was a graduate of East Bank High School class of 1969, attended West Virginia Institute of Technology and retired from the WV Department of Highways, Materials Control, Soils and Testing Division. He was a member of Morris Memorial United Methodist Church, Charleston.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 51 and 1/2-years Linda Lipscomb, son Dr. Jeffrey Lipscomb of Charleston and daughter Tracy Lipscomb of Hilliard, Ohio. Siblings Larry Lipscomb (Debbie) of South Carolina and David Lipscomb (Janice) of Standard, WV., and several loving nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his beloved cats Baby and Stevie.
