Dolores C. Withrow, 96, of Charleston, WV, went home to be with the Lord on April 22, 2026, while residing at Meadowbrook Acres Nursing Center. Dolores was born to the late Everett Hundley and Vera Hundley (Rowsey) on May 15, 1929. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Isaac Withrow, son, Isaac T. Withrow, son-in-law, Douglas Hill, sisters, Vera Childress, Loretta Samples, Janet Haugan, and brothers, Charles and Bobby Hundley.

She is survived by her daughters, Dolores Means and husband Greg of Poca, WV, Rebecca Hill of Charleston, WV, Cathy Coffey and husband Fred of NC, sister, Kay Kincaid and husband Kenny of Ohio, 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren, and soon to be 13.

Dolores had devoted her life to the Lord and was a member of North Charleston Apostolic Church. She worked by her husband’s side their entire marriage and proudly served as the Pastor’s wife at the East Point Apostolic Church, Elk Two Mile Church (now known as Keystone Apostolic Church), Marmet Apostolic Church, and Kanawha City Apostolic Church. The couple ministered at many of the local Apostolic churches as well as some out-of-state. The Rev. Danny Scott and family hosted Dolores and Rev. Withrow, as they embarked on a missionary journey to Ecuador to spread the word of God.

Dolores retired from CAMC as a central service technician. She had been employed by Stone and Thomas Department Store as a salesclerk and by the Kanawha County Schools as a cook at Weberwood Elementary School.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the North Charleston Apostolic Church with Pastor Moss officiating. Visitation with the family will be prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Burial service to follow at Graceland Memorial Park in South Charleston, WV.
