Debbie L. Harrison 66 of Sissonville went home to be with the Lord on September 5th 2026 after a sudden illness.

She was proceeded in death by her Father Jack Gandee, Mother Bessie Gandee, Brothers Dale Gandee and David Gandee. Nephew Shain Gandee and Son-in-law Shane Ferrier Sr.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years Teddy Harrison. Son Travis (Amanda) Harrison of Sissonville, Son Mark (Crystal) Harrison of Maine and Daughter Tara Ferrier of North Carolina. Grandchildren Emalee, Eli, Ean, Joshua, Teddy, Benjamin, Savannah, Shane Jr., Zackary and Cheyenne. Great grandchildren Liam, Emma and Harlow. Nieces Shalena, Brittany and Malynnia. Great nieces Charity and Maylee. Great nephews Carter, Bryson, Tristan and Jamison. Along with countless other family members and friends from all over.

She faithfully attended Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church and was known by all at the church and many others as MawMaw Deb. She was full of love and compassion and you could always find her talking to someone and giving out hugs along the way. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her. (Forever 16)

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00pm on Monday September 14th 2026 at Cunningham Parker Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Campbell officiating. A visitation will be held an hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Thaxton Family Cemetery.
