David A. Oakley David A. Oakley, 40 of Charleston, died July 4, 2012. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carla Jean Oakley. David was employed by Keystone Automotive Industries. He enjoyed NASCAR and the West Virginia Mountaineers. Surviving are, his wife, Angie Oakley; children, Breanna Oakley, Jean- Nichole Oakley, Tiffani Oakley, Annie-Fay Oakley; and, David-Thomas Oakley; father, Thomas Oakley; brother, Michael Oakley; sistlle Oertel. Services will be 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Ronnie Walls officiating. A gathering of friends and family will be from 6 p.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
