Obituary
Cynthia Louise Dillon, 64 of Charleston passed away August 19, 2018 at Hubbard Hospice House.
She was retired from the State of West Virginia Billing Department.
Preceding her in death were her parents, James and Delores Ann Cann McDougal.
Survivors include her husband Henry "Bob" Dillon; sons, Jeremy Harper of Charleston and Chris Harper of Ripley; step-sons, Gary Dillon of Chesapeake, Ohio, Michael Dillon of Milton and Billy Dillon of Braxton County; brother, Jimmy McDougal of Missouri and several grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Salvation Army Citadel Corps., 301 Mary Street, Charleston, WV 25302 with Major Lori Gilliam officiating. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends one hour prior to services, also on Saturday.
