Connie Lynn Reed, 53, of Charleston, passed away March 7, 2010 in St. Francis Hospital after a sudden illness. Connie was born October 20, 1956 the daughter of the late Collette and Dorothy Tackett Reed. She was last employed by Arby's in Charleston. Surviving are; mother and step-father, Dorothy Tackett Reed Wolfe and Charley Wolfe of Charleston; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Chris Slaughter of Walkertown, North Carolina; son, Charles Pezant and his girlfriend Crystal of South Charleston; brothers and sisters-in-law, Danny and Wilma Reed of Conway, South Conway, and Mark and Lisa Reed of Charleston; five grandchildren; and several nieces, uncles and aunts. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Joe Moore officiating.
