Connie Dunlap, 54, of Charleston, passed away September 4, 2009 at home after a short illness. She was employed by the Bureau of Child Support and Enforcement for the past 25 years, and was a lifelong resident of Charleston. Surviving are; her son, Mathew Dunlap and his companion Natasha Garrett; granddaughter, Kendra Barrett of Charleston; mother, Naomi Blankenship of Charleston; sisters, Marcia Freshour and Della Freshour both of Charleston; brothers, Roger and Danny Freshour both of Charleston, and David Freshour of Sierra Vista, Arizona. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to her co-workers, many friends and Hospice Care for their wonderful support. A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
