Clinton W. Spencer
Clinton W. Spencer, 78, of Charleston, passed away December 14, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Vada Spencer; brothers, Kenneth, Elmer, Pean, Sam and Dinzel Spencer; sisters, Ocie and Velma.
He is survived by daughter, Mary Powdrill; granddaughters, Savannah and Kimberly; grandson, Ishmael; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Tuesday, December 19, at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with Pastor Leroy Conner officiating. Burial will follow in Baxter Cemetery, Elkview.
Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday December 18, also at the funeral home.
