Obituary
Cindy Payne, 67, of Sissonville passed away Sunday January 30, 2022 at CAMC after a short illness.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roger Payne; parents, Hoyt and Mary Casto; sisters, Carol White, Lorena Phillips, Delorse (DoDo) Belcher and brother, Charles Casto.
Surviving her are daughter, Virginia Hutchinson (Curtis) of Sneads, Florida; grandchildren, Summer Thaxton and Skylar Thaxton of Sneads, Florida; sister, Joyce Gibson of Sissonville; brother, Jimmy Casto of Charleston.
Graveside services and burial will be 1:00 PM Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Sissonville Memorial Gardens, Sissonville.
