Christina Fields, 90 of Charleston passed away October 13, 2012 at Community Hospice Care in Ashland. She retired from S.S. Kresge's Co. and was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Preceding her in death were her husband of 50 years, Clarence Fields; parents, Ollie Herndon and Lela Boggess Burford; son, Clarence Fields, Jr.; grandson, Tracy Bibbee; brothers, Clifton, Dorsey and Alford Burford; sisters, Minnie Petry and Ernestine Burford. Surviving her are her loving daughters, Judy Bibbee and her husband, Terry of Charleston, Sandra Noble and her husband, Larry of Ashland, Ky.; brothers, Herndon and Delano Burford both of Charleston; sisters, Lillian Ferrell, Gwendolyn Good and Roberta Guthrie all of Charleston and Nettie Hopkins of Scott Depot; grandchildren, Brett Bibbee, Kevin Campbell and his wife, Robyn, and Kristen Steele and her husband, Mike; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Monday October 15, 2012 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Kevin Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home also on Monday.
